Getting it there
Katherine is roughly 320km from Herbert by road, so about 220km falls outside the included first 100km. At $15 per kilometre that is a freight line you can work out before you ring us, and it is the same number whether the building is a toilet block or a two-bedroom home.
What the ground and the weather decide
Most of what we deliver around Katherine goes onto rural or station land rather than a serviced suburban lot, which usually means footings, power and water are part of the same job as the building. Sequencing those while the building is still at sea is what stops the site waiting.
