An office and a bathroom in one thirteen-foot body: small enough to shift as the job moves, self-contained enough that nobody walks anywhere to find a toilet.
It is the smallest thing we make that works as a place to sit and do paperwork, and the bathroom is what separates it from a container with a desk in it. Sold from a figure because the fit-out varies.
Price covers the building. Delivery, footings and service connections are quoted per site, because access and distance decide them. Typical lead time is 4-6 months.
