Two Bedroom 20ft Building

Two bedrooms and a bathroom inside a twenty-foot shell. It is the cheapest way we can put two separate sleeping rooms on a block.

Twenty feet is not much to divide twice, and the honest way to describe the result is compact rather than roomy. People buy it because two doors matter more to them than floor area — a second child, a parent, a shift worker who sleeps at odd hours.

The building is coolroom panel on a steel frame, and the same shell comes in three layouts at the same price: open plan, self-contained, or two-bedroom. Air conditioning and hot water can be quoted as extras and installed after delivery.
