People buy this instead of the two-bedroom for two reasons: a studio layout suits them better, or they want to fit it out themselves over time. It is the cheapest way into a forty-foot building from us.
Price covers the building. Delivery, footings and service connections are quoted per site, because access and distance decide them. Typical lead time is 4-6 months.
