Class 1A is the distinction that decides what you can legally live in, and it is the reason this costs more than an open-plan building that is not certified. If the plan is to live in it on your own land, the certification is not an upgrade, it is the point.
The furniture in the 3D renders is there to show the space. Every dimension on the drawing at the end is a build dimension, and we will send photos of the closest delivered build if you ask.
Price covers the building. Delivery, footings and service connections are quoted per site, because access and distance decide them. Typical lead time is 4-6 months.
