A single bedroom, a bathroom and a living space in a twenty-foot building. Our entry point into something finished and liveable rather than a shell.
The same shell as the two-bedroom, with the floor area spent on living space instead of a second door. For one person or a couple this is almost always the better of the two.
The building is coolroom panel on a steel frame, and the same shell comes in three layouts at the same price: open plan, self-contained, or two-bedroom. Air conditioning and hot water can be quoted as extras and installed after delivery.
Delivered in the Darwin region only.
Price covers the building. Delivery, footings and service connections are quoted per site, because access and distance decide them. Typical lead time is 4-6 months.
