Cheapest is not the same as rough — it is plumbed and ventilated to the same standard as the bathrooms in our homes, and the price reflects the size and the fit-out rather than a drop in how it is built. It moves with a forklift rather than a crane, which is most of why sites like it.
Price covers the building. Delivery, footings and service connections are quoted per site, because access and distance decide them. Typical lead time is 4-6 months.
