We have not photographed this one yet, so the drawing is what we can honestly show. Every dimension on it is the build dimension. Ask us and we'll send photos of the closest build we have delivered.
A forty-foot office built for the people who run a site rather than the people who staff it: a boardroom, two bathrooms and a proper kitchen area, finished above what anyone expects from a site shed.
It exists because the alternative — meeting a client in a demountable — costs more in impression than the building costs to upgrade. If nobody visits your site, one of the desk offices will serve you better for less.

Price covers the building. Delivery, footings and service connections are quoted per site, because access and distance decide them. Typical lead time is 4-6 months.
